10 Days Have Passed Since Ramadan, What Have We Done?
Time flies so fast that Ramadhan has been running for 10 days. Unfortunately, although many of us are eager to welcome Ramadhan with good preparation, only a few really maximizes their worship, while others are still in the ‘warming-up’ stage of worship. Yet, whatever it is, as long as we take advantage of Ramadhan by improving the quality of our worship, there is nothing wrong with that.
For some people, the day passing in the month of Ramadhan can be a sadness, especially if it is not used to act in a God pathway (fiisabilillah). Taking advantage of the month of Ramadan is not only about mahdhoh worship, but other positive activities such as attending science majlis or studying can also be done to fill the time of Ramadhan.
مَن سلَك طريقًا يطلُبُ فيه عِلْمًا، سلَك اللهُ به طريقًا مِن طُرُقِ الجَنَّةِ
“Whoever takes the path of studying, Allah will make it easier for him to go to heaven” (Narrated by Timidzi and Abu Daud)
As there are still 20 days left to the end of Ramadan, let’s make the most of it so that we can get the maximum goodness in this year’s Ramadhan, as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet Ramadhan next year.
Gistrav Islamia School Jogja provides the program you can follow to fill you the time during Ramadan. This program allows you to meet the best speakers from other countries that will give best insight about education and learning wrapped in Online International Conference. The program is called “Gistrav Education Talk (GET) Vol. 1”. InsyaAlloh, by joining this international conference, you will live your Ramadhan up, as you gain useful insight, just like studying. Therefore, we will gain more reward from Allah ﷻ beyond hunger and thirst, insya Allah. (*)
