REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Age & Graduation Criteria

Prospective students must meet the following criteria:

  • Graduated from Elementary School (Sekolah Dasar)
  • Maximum 15 years old as of July 1st, 2027

General Eligibility

Applicants must be Muslim, participate in a Trial Class session, and pass the school's observation assessment.

Online Registration & Fee

Access the SPMB (New Student Admission System) online portal at admission.gis.sch.id, fill in the student data completely, and pay a non-refundable registration fee of IDR 300,000.

Required Documents

After successfully completing the payment, parents can log in to admission.gis.sch.id and upload the following documents:

  • Scanned Birth Certificate
  • Scanned Family Card
  • Scanned Original Graduation Certificate / Elementary School Diploma
  • Recent Color Photo of Student (3x4 cm)

Complete the Online Admission form at admission.gis.sch.id with accurate student and parent data.

Registration payment

Complete the registration fee payment to secure your child's seat for the academic year.

Upload documents

Attach Family Card, Passport Photo, Birth Certificate, and the graduation certificate or diploma.

Assessment

Students may join a placement assessment before final confirmation.

Confirmation & orientation

Receive enrollment confirmation and orientation details ahead of the first day of school.
